How quickly can I get started? +
After your demo call, we assign a developer within 24 hours. For popular technologies like Spark, Python, React or Salesforce, we can often start the same day.
What if I'm not happy with my assigned developer? +
If you're not satisfied within the first week, we immediately assign a different expert at no extra cost. We also offer a full refund if we can't meet your requirements.
Do you work on weekends? +
Standard plans cover Monday–Friday. For critical deadlines or production issues over the weekend, we make exceptions at no extra cost.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Is my job information kept confidential? +
100% confidential. We never share your project details, company information or session content with anyone. Every client engagement is treated with strict discretion.
Can I get an NDA signed? +
Yes. We provide Non-Disclosure Agreements to any client who requests one — at no extra cost and before sessions begin.
Are sessions recorded? +
We do not record sessions unless you explicitly request it for your own reference. Your screen share and conversations are private.
Can my employer find out I'm using job support? +
No. We are a completely confidential service. Your employer has no way of knowing you are using our support unless you tell them.
Scheduling & Timezone
Can I choose my daily support hours? +
Yes. We accommodate EST, GMT, CST and IST timezones. Your developer's available hours are aligned to overlap with your workday — you choose the slot.
What tools do you use for screen sharing? +
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, TeamViewer — whichever your company uses. Your developer adapts to your setup completely.
What if I miss a scheduled session? +
No issue. Just reschedule via WhatsApp. Unused hours in a monthly plan don't expire that week — we work with you flexibly.
Do you support US, UK and Canada timezones? +
Yes — all three. Our developers work IST hours that overlap with US Eastern, US Pacific, UK/GMT and Canadian timezones. We've served professionals in 10+ countries.

Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? +
PayPal, Wise, bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the start of each plan period.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
No. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no lock-in, no penalty.
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes. If we can't match you with a suitable developer or you're not satisfied in the first week, we offer a full refund. No questions asked.
